Hal Rubenstein is a writer, style commentator and one of the founding editors of InStyle magazine, where he worked as fashion director for fifteen years. In addition, Hal has been published in The New Yorker, New York magazine, Interview, Elle, Vogue, and Vanity Fair. In his latest book, Dressing The Part: Televisions Most Stylish Shows he looks at TVs most beloved shows and traces their impact on style and how we imitate what we see and bring it into our everyday lives.
