S2 Ep637: It's not all about the Numbers!

This week, Alasdair was on delivery, and he talks about his trip, how important it is to get onboard, talk to crew, experience all that charter and sailing entails, enabling him to better understand the human side of the numbers that come across his computer. The crew let him know some of the steps that they were taking and he was able to advise them in a way that made their job even easier when it came to reporting expenses on board.
