Love and humanity have finally prevailed, but it was a strong reminder that it takes a lot more effort for good to trump evil (every pun intended). Around the world, if we want to see an end to bad governance and autocratic leadership; we must never forget the collective action: the blood, sweat, tears, organising, advocacy, and sheer hard work that went into securing this win.
