This week for episode 5 of season 2 we’re doing things a little differently, shining a spotlight on two Aussie brands to identify how they impact and support the Australian community through crisis support and mental health advocacy and awareness.
To do this, Delphie will be covering Lifeline, Australia’s 24/7 suicide and mental health support hotline. While Frank will be covering Beyond Blue, set up as a national initiative to reduce the stigma of mental health issues and create awareness for how it can be effectively helped. So that we can show how their brands have evolved to become the organisations Aussies trust and turn to in crisis.
As always, we look under the hood of each brand to identify how it positions itself, how it communicates with key messaging, how it communicates visually in its identity and what brand experience it offers its intended audience and consumers.
