In this episode, we meet Elder Dr. Calvin White who shares historical and contemporary collaborations with academics, the lasting effects, the knowledge gained and the importance of trust and empowerment of community. 

We then meet Dr. Stephen Decker who explains how and why non-indigenous researchers and in particular graduate student supervisors can learn from students and/or communities to weave indigenous ways of knowing and being into academic methodology through collaborative projects.
