Cindy Hoye was inducted into the IAFE Hall of Fame in 2017. Within this episode, she highlights that we are in the people business and emphasizes the power of supporting others. She also talks about honoring traditions while making way for innovation. She is the Executive Director for the Indiana State Fair and has served in several leadership roles within the fair industry and the IAFE.
