Carl and I chat about his incredibly successful career; the sacrifices he’s had to make and what it takes to become a champion.

We discuss growing up in Ireland during The Troubles, he opens up about how it affected his childhood and how having good influences in his teachers and coaches helped him to stay on the right path.

He opens up about his family life, his wonderful wife and kids, how life has changed since retiring and his exciting new ventures like @stablematewhisky
