He’d always dreamed of living somewhere tropical, so when the chance came, he moved to one of Hawaii’s most remote islands, 400 miles from the nearest people, doing conservation work. Even the outhouse — open to the waves, rare birds, and starlit skies — left him thinking under the new moon, “This is the most amazing shit ever.”
