Run With Jo: Jo Pavey MBE chatting with Josephine Ocaka

Running at 40 Plus is thrilled to that announce that Josephine has agreed to become an advocate for our running community. She embodies everything that, we, as a community stand for. Josephine is a member of The Ugandan Crew and can often be seen at Burgess Parkrun. Many R40+ members have met Josephine, she’s been very supportive of our community, from our 'Jo Pavey' Parkrun day at Rother Valley, the National Running Show, our annual Christmas Party and Awards Ceremony.
