In this episode I share one of my favorite psycho education lessons I would use with my students when I worked as a Therapeutic Mentor. This lesson was used for my gamer students who struggled with turning the game off at the end of the day for bedtime. I share a lot of important facts on how sleep can effect us in negative ways when we don't get enough of it and tips on how to improve the quality of your sleep to aid in the bodies natural healing abilities.
