Rosanna Berardi on Niagara County's updated policy for ICE detainees

Rosanna Berardi of Berardi Immigration Law joins the show to provide some insight and provide more detail on the Niagara County Sheriff's Office new policy for ICE detainees, effective January 16th, 2026, which now requires a criminal charge or judicial warrant for detainees to be held for ICE. No longer will detainees be held for ICE solely off civil immigration violations.
