  • “Grief Hibernation - Hiding to Survive”
    Dec 1 2025

This week Karen and Bec discus “Grief Hibernation” how some people don’t just use hiding to survive, but it also gives us a chance to rest, renew and focus in our own time. Making our own choices when we want to dip in and out of life’s journey. Bec continues to feel she’s on a lighter path and the knock on effect has spurred her into action, with lots of new idea that she would appreciate listener feedback on.
