I caught up with good friends and ex colleagues, Samuel Hurley and Antonio Wedral, who have cofounded one of the indsutry's fastest-growing SEO agencies.

NOVOS have grown from strength to strength in recent years and have built what a lot of people have identified to be a solid company culture. But just how have they achieved this? Most importantly, what were the biggest challenges along the way?

Owing to other commitments there has been a little more of a gap between this episode and the last.

Most crucial to this episode, both have been incredibly accomplished in their efforts to improve the situation around diversity and inclusion in the digital marketing industry – particularly when it comes to bridging the vast gaps in opportunity for people in the black community both in the UK and overseas. The entire episode and the views within it are all from their perspective and experiences.
