We are getting towards the pointy end of the journey to Oceanside 70.3 and this week Justin delivers some crazy power on the bike and big swim sessions, Jackson is doing bigger volume and more impressive training and Ari hits 30 hours for the second time this season and executes a near perfect week. The boys also go over the scheduling of their weeks and try to give each other advice on how they could improve it.
