Marcia talks in detail about the creation of No1Fan.Club which was founded to help families navigate the challenges of raising young footballers and provides resources and information to improve knowledge ensuring the best for children's development and wellbeing.
Marcia also shares her journey and experiences in achieving a MSc in Football Business and becoming a licenced FIFA agent.
