This Rivo & Rich welcome aspiring grassroots coach and social media analyst, Jake Beecher.

On the pod, Jake talks about his love and passion for football in particular his home town club, MK Dons. Jake shares his early footballing journey as a player and positive memories of his first coach and how that inspired him to get involved in his younger brothers team at Aspley Guise.

Jake discusses his positive experience of attending a Coach Development Workshop plus the role of a parent coach and the importance of volunteering and the opportunities the experience can create.

Jake also shares his Scouting and Analysis page on X (Formally Twitter) which in a little over 18 months has had an incredible 1,400,000 impressions across social media!! Jake discusses his future ambitions in the football industry including a recent opportunity at Kettering Town plus hear Jake explain the importance of the "Youth Voice" as he begins his new role as part of the BBFA Youth Network.
