Rising Sun: July 2015 Edition

The July edition of the "Rising Sun" hosted by Col. Joy Curriera, Commander of U.S. Army Garrison Japan and Command Sgt. Maj. Rosalba Dumont-Carrion from the historic Shin-Enoshima Aquarium. This will be Col. Curriera's last show hosting the Rising Sun and she includes a final message for the U.S. Army Japan community as she bids farewell to Camp Zama, Japan.
