In 2012, PolitiFact.com estimated that the lifelong probability of a marriage ending in divorce is 40%–50%.  If the occurrence of such a life-altering and disruptive event is likely to occur in 50% of marriages, you might want to be prepared, just in case.  Or maybe you've hit your threshold and you're ready to file for divorce.  Before you do, take a list as Richard Rabb, head of our Family Law practice, returns to the podcast to talk about his checklist of things to do, arrange, and have in order BEFORE you file for that divorce.
