·      What was the yoke of Jesus? 

· Jesus' yoke was easy, and the burden was light

·      God calls us to rest, be still, cast out cares, abide, remain, seek, thirst, hunger 

·      We don't lose anything by slowing down. Instead, we gain perspective and clarity.

·      Simplify your life by refusing to do more and monitoring your pace.

·      We have heard it for years — less is more. What could you do less of that would lead to more?

·      Are you taking time to hear God, seek God, and spend time with God?
