Acerca de esta escucha
This past week, Mark A. Jones was informed that the organization he believed would assist him with his ongoing human and civil rights violations — including abuses by staff at South Central Correctional Center (SCCC) within Missouri Department of Corrections (MoDOC) — would not be supporting his case. Yet instead of feeling defeated, this has only made Mark more resilient and determined to continue speaking out and advocating for meaningful prison reform initiatives in Missouri. Currently housed in the Protective Custody (PC) unit at SCCC by choice, Mark has chosen to distance himself from the chaos and dangers of general population. Despite facing the same restrictive conditions as others classified in PC, Mark remains focused on his mission to bring about change for the betterment of MoDOC and its prisoners.
