Rep. Scott Bottoms (R-15) stays for a second hour with Ryan to discuss the issues, starting with Colorado's completely insane 'Adult Competency to Stand Trial' law (HB24-1034) which somehow passed through both houses of the General Assembly with bipartisan support - including from two of Scott's GOP primary opponents in the governor's race, Sen. Barb Kirkmeyer (R-23) and Sen. Mark Baisley (R-4).

Also, Ryan asks him about his stance on transgender rights as well as whether his status as a pastor in an Assembly of God congregation (Church At Briargate) will inhibit his ability to win in a general election against presumptive Democrat nominee Michael Bennet.
