Remember and Obey: The Matter of Heart Intent and the Honest Report of Witnesses

In this message from Deuteronomy 19:11–21, we examine God’s instructions regarding justice, honesty, and the seriousness of evil within the community. While the earlier part of the chapter addressed refuge for accidental death, this passage turns to those who act with hatred and malicious intent.
