I enjoyed these sounds. Very relaxing and easy to fall asleep to - HOWEVER - the advertisements came on during the podcast relaxing sounds and the volume of the advertisements were twice as loud as the soothing music/sounds! Woke me up twice. I pay for Audible so there’s no reason to have advertisements come on in the middle of a meditation/sleep podcast. I won’t listen to this particular one again. It defeats the purpose of a ‘relaxing meditation’ podcast!
