    Season 6 Bonus Episode
    Exploring Right Relationship with Grief

In this powerful conversation, I talk with coach supervisor and CRR faculty member Daphne Taylor about what it means to be in right relationship with death and dying. Whilst this may feel like a heavy topic, we hold it with lightness and love, and in many ways the discussion is as much about what it means to be in right relationship with life and living. This conversation feels important and hopeful, and our intention is to create a space for more conversations like this to happen.

What you’ll gain from this episode:

    • Simple strategies for opening discussions around death and dying.
    • An awareness of the complexity of the grief process.
    • A systemic perspective on how to help someone in grief.
    • Reflections on the nature of life through the lens of death.
    • Appreciation of the importance of talking about death.

Daphne Taylor is CRR Global faculty and was Front of Room and Certification faculty over a period of 13 years. Now, she is part of the team producing CRR Global’s new systemic supervision program. Her husband, Paul, was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in 2015 and given 12-18 months to live. They had been married for 34 years and had a strong, loving relationship and were just emerging from the years of childrearing to planning exciting adventures ahead. Paul lived for 18 months and died in a hospice just after his 60th birthday in 2017.

For over 20 years, CRR Global has accompanied leaders, teams, and practitioners on their journey to build stronger relationships by focusing on the relationship itself, not only the individuals occupying it. This leads to a community of changemakers around the world. Supported by a global network of faculty and partners, we connect, inspire, and equip change agents to shift systems, one relationship at a time.

We believe Relationship Matters, from humanity to nature, to the larger whole.

    Season 6 Bonus Episode
Seeing That Frees: Shifting our perception from a world of objects to a web of relationship

In this podcast, Katie Churchman speaks with CRR Global faculty member Janet Frood and Systems worker Tom Mansfield about the Cards for Life project and its applications in coaching and organizational development. The project was designed to bridge personal development and environmental awareness, serving as "permission slips" or "portals" to shift perspectives, access emotions, and facilitate deeper conversations in team and organizational settings. Throughout this conversation, they explore ways to synthesise different concepts and experiences, leverage the wisdom of nature within systems coaching, and embody metaskills. This fascinating conversation invites us to connect our inner personal work with outer systemic concerns, offering coaches practical ways to shift emotional fields in their work.

Janet Frood is an executive, leadership, and team coach and founder of Horizon Leadership Institute, based in Canada. • Strategies for shifting the lenses we look through
