Record Clearing & Document Replacement During Disaster Recovery

The Texas Disaster Legal Help Podcast is part of a coordinated project between Lone Star Legal Aid, Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas, and Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, aimed at improving access to justice for those affected by disaster. For this episode, Pablo Almaguer of Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, Jessie Campbell of Lone Star Legal Aid, and Amy Allen of Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas were joined by Tim Gilpin of the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office Post-Conviction Unit and Brittany Moore of Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas to discuss record clearing and document replacement during disaster recovery, including expungements, non-disclosures, and ID restoration.
