Today we are joined by Clare Eason who is the Global Head of Corporate and Social Responsibility at the company Lumanity, who are in the healthcare space.
Back in 2008 Clare joined the company (then known as Cello Health) as an Executive Assistant working with CEO'S. With her background of dealing with Mental Health providers and her passion for wellbeing, culture and charity she was the perfect choice to drive forward CSR.
After undertaking a specific project for CSR, the role evolved culminating in Clare's latest position as Global Head of CSR, responsible for more than 1250 employees across 40 locations. As a business, Lumanity operate in more than 50 countries.
