Today we are joined by Clare Eason who is the Global Head of Corporate and Social Responsibility at the company Lumanity, who are in the healthcare space.

Back in 2008 Clare joined the company (then known as Cello Health) as an Executive Assistant working with CEO'S. With her background of dealing with Mental Health providers and her passion for wellbeing, culture and charity she was the perfect choice to drive forward CSR.

After undertaking a specific project for CSR, the role evolved culminating in Clare's latest position as Global Head of CSR, responsible for more than 1250 employees across 40 locations. As a business, Lumanity operate in more than 50 countries.

In today’s podcast we talk through the following questions:

  • As a Global company what cultural differences are found in how CSR is recognised?

  • What are some good examples of countries that are fully supportive of CSR and what initiatives have been successfully implemented by them.

  • How can successful local initiatives be replicated across the company?

  • How can connections, wellbeing and high levels of engagement be maintained in today's hybrid working environment? What changes, initiatives and policies have helped?

  • What internal structure and delegated roles do Lumanity use to support and drive forward CSR, including integrating new businesses acquired?

  • What is the framework used to support CSR and what are the CSR key pillars at Lumanity?

  • Why is it important to take a holistic approach to Wellbeing and not just look at Wellbeing in the workplace. Why does a consultative approach work? .

  • Looking at the importance of buy-in from Senior Management and Leadership Teams, what strategies can be adopted to bring them on board.
