Reckoning

On our tenth expedition, we met Michael Akins and Richard Weir, peers, mentors, training advisers, and former direct reports. I introduced the Caring, Learning, Doing Leadership Methodology and learned from Mike and Rich how effective the methodology was for them and the team. The reckoning is upon us.
