Y'all I really need to check myself sometimes.

I love myself but I am def a work in progress.

My friend shared her excitement about this parasite cleanse you can find her on IG The Sanctuary @thesanctuary

Either way, my friend passionately shared how amazing it was and even better at killing bugs than a fave brand of mine and I was like, NO WAY.

So I had to experience it for myself.

I'm going to say that I learned my lesson on deep cleanses.

Yes they are important and yes my body thanks me for the pause in having to digest meats for 10 days but seriously, that was an intense experience.
