But many investors find out it’s not that tricky, and quickly scale up once they’ve completed their first deal. It can become addicting to feel the success of multiple deals that help you create financial independence.

Elaine Stageberg met her Fannie/Freddie 10-loan limit but figured out how to get financing for many more properties. She now owns more than 200 single-family rentals with her husband Nick, and other properties as joint ventures or within privately equity funds. Find out how she did it in this interview!
