  • Do Millennial Deserve the "Worst Parent" Label?
    Jul 16 2025

In this episode we are talking about the controversial parenting topic of do Millennials deserve the "Worst Parent" label. We go deep into who we are and how did we get to this point. Do Millennials really deserve the "worst parent" label—or are they just the first generation brave enough to parent differently? Millennials are often accused of being overprotective, screen-dependent, and too soft on discipline. Critics claim they’re raising fragile kids in a world that demands resilience. But beneath the headlines and social media memes is a deeper truth: Millennials are parenting in a world no previous generation faced—juggling skyrocketing costs, constant online judgment, and the mental load of trying to break generational cycles. They’re not perfect, but they’re the first to prioritize emotional intelligence over blind obedience, therapy over silence, and connection over control. This conversation asks the hard question: Are Millennials truly the worst parents—or just the most misunderstood?Reference 👍https://www.tiktok.com/@mr.trayvon/video/7305577657750555946?lang=en&q=millennial%20parents%20are%20the%20worst&t=1752429259286https://www.tiktok.com/@dannyboy_sandeigo/video/7262413719806774570?lang=en&q=millennial%20parents%20ruin%20kids&t=1752435078167https://www.tiktok.com/@itsme_lisap/video/7270964572796751146?lang=en&q=millennial%20parents%20ruin%20kids&t=1752435078167https://www.tiktok.com/@hopeyoufindyourdad/video/7305478753835093291?lang=en&q=millennial%20parents%20ruin%20kids&t=1752435078167https://www.tiktok.com/@busyabreeze2/video/7144332758230240555?lang=en&q=millennial%20parents%20ruin%20kids&t=1752435078167https://www.tiktok.com/@healthygamer.gg/video/7229347189024230662?q=this%20is%20the%20problem%20millennials%20face&t=1752616246324https://www.tiktok.com/@miriam_tinny/video/7210534414403685678?q=millennial%20midlife%20crisis&t=1752616299980https://www.tiktok.com/@zoltancomedy/video/7167395570699504938?q=millennials%20are%20too%20self%20aware&t=1752616357653https://youtu.be/KZVZ5kYQKb4?si=fqI78OiL3LcE8q8f_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _Growing as parents through deep, real conversations to raise better kids.Sign up for our Raw Newsletter www.rawparentingpodcast.comStay Connected https://www.instagram.com/rawparentingpodcast/Welcome to the Raw Parenting Podcast with Tom and Malorie! • Children’s Books Have Changed — And Parents Need to Pay Attention
    Jun 27 2025

Dear Viewers,In this episode, we discuss some of our favorite children's books and least favorite children's books and take a look at their deeper meaning. We will be going over some of the classic children books and the modern children books to give our two cents on what we really think about these books. We are a firm believer that not all children books are meant to be read to our kids hence we screen heavily before we introduce any new books. We believe that kids are very easily influenced and that is why it is our job as parents to be that filter block for our children. It seems some books have a deeper meaning that what it should really be and we were are here to explain why it is important to decipher this meaning before it seeps into the young minds. We hope you enjoy this episode if you are someone who is like minded you definitely don't want to miss our on our past and future podcast episodes so hit that Like and Subscribe to stay tuned for more!!
