With nearly two decades of experience, including roles as a special education teacher, school administrator, and behavior specialist, Steph's journey has led her to create and manage private schools tailored to neurodivergent students. She now heads the Starfish Social Club, where she conducts social groups and offers one-on-one support both online and through in-person summer camps. But that's not all! Outside of her inspiring work, Steph is an Ironman triathlete, a multilingual learner, and even on a path to obtaining her private pilot's license because, yes, she has ADHD!
