  • A Lens On Healing And The Unhealed!
    Nov 25 2025

We often talk about physical healing...going to a doctor if we are sick, getting an x-ray to make sure we didn’t break anything, getting vaccinated, so on and so forth, which isn’t a bad thing...but I feel discussions about therapy and working through trauma, while they certainly exist, pale in comparison to the fixation with our physical condition and/or physical appearances. This episode will discuss some of my thoughts about healing, the importance of working through things like psychological trauma, our state of mind (generally), and the challenges of healing from things one may not even share.

  • A Personal Experience: A Wonderful Leader Named James!
    Nov 18 2025

In today's episode, I wanted to share a personal experience I had with a leader I have known for years! These sorts of stories will focus on discussing the things that leaders do that make them great leaders, as well as discuss the things that not-so-great leaders are doing or have done. We can learn from the good examples that people are setting, as well as things we should actively try to avoid!

  • Kindness And Enabling: Good Intentions Don’t Always Lead To Good Actions!
    Nov 12 2025

Where do we draw the lines between being kind, being really, really kind, and then enabling people? I thought this would be good for a short episode because really, a lot of it is going to depend on our own individual situations and circumstances! This episode, minus the closing statements, was completely unscripted (no rough draft notes or anything!) and it came out fine! Due to time constraints and stuff happening at home, I created this episode simply based on an idea I wanted to discuss, and I have lots of other ideas and the like I want to discuss on future episodes. When looking at kindness and enabling, it helps to look at patterns and the episode discusses things in more detail.
