  • Episode 5: “Wolf Man” Q2Q Review
    Feb 19 2025

Rawr… Did I scare you? Did our audio quality scare you? Wdgaf about that, but we Dgaf about recommending some awesome movies. This is the podcast where I call my best friend to talk about cinema and life. Today, we’re talking about “Wolf Man,” the new flick by Leigh Whannell that right now could be showing at whatever the dollar theatre equivalent is in your (hopefully not broken) neck of the woods these days.

  • Episode 4: “Blink Twice” Q2Q Review
    Feb 19 2025

This is the show where I call my best friend on the phone to varying degrees of audio autonomy and we talk about movies. We blinked and we missed this one. Oopsie, way back when we were still “Loosey Goobers,” we reviewed the new film called “Blink Twice” by Zoë Kravitz. The film still exists, fancy that, and you can watch it through Premium Amazon.

  • Double-Teaming Colin Firth- The Q2Q of our Comfort Movies
    Jan 18 2025

So, Kelsey and I are pretty sad right now. We lost the Vivienne… David Lynch… and we’re still wounded from the devastation in California.

We all deserve a little comfort right now, and that’s what this list is all about. I needed to hear my best friend’s voice, so I called her free-handed from my car, hence the less than desirable audio. Kelsey and I list our top five most refreshing films, regardless of the genre. From “The Little Mermaid” to “Black Swan,” you may be surprised by what you hear. Stay proud to be queer, and if you imbibe, crack open a beer. Take a little time in the New Year to rewatch the movies that make everything alright again.

  • Episode 1: “Babygirl” Q2Q Review
    Jan 2 2025

This is the show where I call my best friend on the phone and talk about movies! Collin and Kelsey here, and this week we’re talking about “Babygirl,” the latest erotic thriller (though quite more so an erotic drama, if I do say so myself) by director Halina Reijn. The film (as of now) is available to watch at most theaters. We’re hoping Nicole Kidman brings home the gold!

  • Running the Q2Q with “Transfolk” actor and awesome sauce packet, Frank Atchley
    Oct 3 2024

This week, we ran Q2Q with Frank Atchley (@rbrduckboi), one of the stars of “Transfolk,” the upcoming TV series! We talk about what it takes to support each other in the arts, and just what you can do to be a better human. It takes energy to build people up day in and day out, so some self-maintenance may be required. Frank and Collin spill the tea on that and more, and there may or may not be copious amounts of queer pride. Hope you can handle it, baby!

Stay tuned for more interviews with the cast and crew leading up to the “Transfolk” premiere date and premiere party!! The Premiere Party and Screening of all 7 Season One episodes will be at 23rd Street Station Piano Bar on Tuesday, October 15th starting at 5pm, with the screening starting at 6:30pm and ending roughly around 10:30pm. This includes intermissions, and guess what, there will be a cast Q&A afterwards! We can’t wait to see you on the red carpet!

  • Running the Q2Q with Cassie Cass from “Transfolk”
    Sep 27 2024

This week, we run Q2Q with Cassie Cass, or as people in the Texas Drag community might know her: Dixie Monroe. We talk about how you can pretty much label yourself whatever the f*** you want, and it’s not anyone’s f****** business to call you out for any GD reason! You are who you are, and people need to respect that. F-ing period, Queens. Cassie owns exactly who they are, and I think we can all learn something from their confidence and clarity. There’s some wisdom in that wig, y’all. Let’s hear it for wigdom!
