Putting On The Mind of Christ (Transcribed)

Thank you for tuning in, I will open with prayer Heavenly Father work in me and through me to communicate your truth by allowing the Holy Spirit to lead, fill, guide, and direct me. I asked this in Jesus mighty name, Amen

The title of my podcast today is

Putting on the mind of Christ.

When we put on the mind of Christ, we learn how to be selfless not selfish. Our focus will be doing His will not our will.

If we don’t grieve nor quench Him, it will be Him working in us and through us by means of the Holy Spirit.

Accordingly, we must want to die to self in order to obtain the mind of Christ. This truly takes humility contrition, obedience, without Godly compromise and the Lord’s help.

Now I will share some Bible verses with you about putting on the mind of Christ.

1 Peter 1:13
Verse 13:Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;


2 Timothy 1:7
Verse 7:For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.


1 Corinthians 2:13-16
Verse 13: Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

Verse 14: But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Verse 15: But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

Verse 16: For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Romans 8:9
Verse 9: But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.


1 John 2:6
Verse 6: He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.


1 Corinthians 2:16
16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Romans 12:2
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Philippians 2:5
Verse 5: Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

2 Corinthians 10:5
Verse 5: Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ
