If your marketing feels like a stop-start cycle, it’s not because you lack discipline. It’s because visibility works like compound interest, and every time you disappear, you stop the compounding and make it harder to rebuild trust, attention, and momentum. I’m sharing what I’m seeing in my community, the tension behind “burst posting,” and why persistent visibility is the simplest growth strategy most people avoid.

We go straight into the real reason consistency breaks down: fear. Not the presence of fear, but the story you tell yourself after the fear spike. I use a personal surfing story, yes including sharks, to show how fear can sit in the passenger seat while you still take action. That same skill applies to content creation, selling, going live, and letting your message be seen by the people who actually need it.

Then we make it practical with Human Design. Nervous system tools and mindset shifts help in the moment, but Human Design helps you locate the root of your resistance, especially in open centers where you amplify other people’s judgment and pressure. I walk you through my Six R’s of Visibility framework: Recognize, Remember, Reveal, Repattern, Radiate, and Ripple Effect, so you can build self-trust, stop collapsing into protection, and create consistent marketing that feels aligned.
