In today’s episode, I had the opportunity to talk with Jennifer Lowrance. Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in HR and leadership, serving a variety of organizations, including non-profits, food manufacturing, and service to the financial industry, as well as the green energy space, most recently. Her work has encompassed the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and terminations, as well as benefits, compensation, and total rewards. Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, Jen most recently served as the DEI Program Director for Powin, a battery energy storage company based in Portland.
During our call, we discussed KnightCode, a conversation tool she designed like a tabletop game for families to have meaningful conversations and align around their shared values.
