Listen to a psalm while you fall asleep.
I'll pray for us, then read the psalm three times, a little slower each time so you can think about what God is saying through His Word. Then I'll pray once more. Maybe you'll be asleep by then ... if not, you can listen again. Either way, you'll be using your wakeful time well by listening to God's Word, which has the power to transform us by His Holy Spirit into the image of His precious Son, Jesus Christ.
