As the New Year begins, this homily invites us to slow down and take an honest look at the heart. While our daily duties matter, God is calling us to go deeper—to protect the soul and grow in love for Him. Reflecting on consecration to the Blessed Mother, we are reminded that we do not do this because we are already faithful, but so that we may become faithful. Through Mary’s loving guidance, God meets us in our struggles and reminds us that what feels impossible for us is always possible with Him.
