Paternal Emotion(less)

I love this story so much. I'm very like my father and I found the relationship to be very touching between father and son. And still, even in an ideal future where we can see our loved ones again, the emotional work to reconcile the irreconcilable in a post-death one-way relationship still holds true. Which makes it feel both honest and real. Just as we strive to learn and do better from their mistakes and from analyzing our own behavior as we raise the next generation. Perfectly performed. Dynamite story.

I am not a mathematician

I am adequate at basic math, but anything beyond that is beyond me. Hence, much of the mathematical techno speak had my eyes going glassy. However, I have been dealing with unresolved issues with family members who have past. That part of the story I totally identified with and understood. I am absolutely thrilled with what Pauley learned along the way! Thank you!
