Project Realize — Season 1, Episode 39

This season was not what I expected at all.

Let's take a look back on the season and everything that came with it.

I went from playing amateur football to signing semi pro for Lisburn Distillery and starting games early on. Then things shifted. My performances dropped, I lost my place, and it forced me to take a step back and figure out what needed to change.

In this episode I talk through that period, what I changed with my training, and how I worked my way back into a better place before picking up an injury towards the end of the season.

More than anything, this is about the lessons from it all and what I’m taking into next season.

Things have not panned out how we expected this season. But we aren't giving up! The team and I have 7 games left to squeeze as much as we can out of the season. Opportunities for improvement are there for the taking so let's see what we can do.
