Anusha is the president of Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) and a senior director for resilient cities and the UK climate adaption lead at Arcadis. She also is a non-executive director at the Met Office and is a Royal Academy of Engineering visiting professor at King's College London on climate adaption, sustainability and inclusive design.
We talk about her (very sporty!) childhood in Kashmir, India, how her family have inspired her, her journey to becoming a civil engineer and her fascinating takes on engineering and sustainability. It was a joy to talk to her, she is so inspiring, I hope you enjoy!
