Primer on Wines from Vaud, Switzerland

In this episode, I take a look at the wines of Vaud, Switzerland. One of the largest wine producing regions in Switzerland, it's also one of the most important. Eight AOCs, of which two are Grand Crus, they produce a wide range of styles and grape varieties, such as Chasselas and Pinot Noir.
