Preparing for Care at Home

The science has evolved dramatically since the broadcast and should be viewed from a historical perspective. As of 2022 aerosol spread is known to be a major mode of transmission, however many of the principles of infection prevention are still helpful. Dr. Gregory Botz, Heather Foster, RN, and a rapid response team of more than 30 clinical, operational, and community impact leaders contributed to this program. The program had been designed for non-medical families who may have to prepare a care room for a loved one at home.
