    On this episode of Have a Seat with Chris Hansen, Hansen is continuing his investigation into Roblox, the on-line gaming platform that is at the center of controversy surrounding lax measures to keep children safe from predators. Chris is joined by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton as he too has filed suit against the mega-gamer for not protecting children, not disclosing crimes, and is asking for statutory damages for their security actions, or lack thereof. Multiple cases have come to light in Paxton’s state of Texas that struck a chord with him and his office, which he discusses with Hansen as the instigation of the lawsuit. The two also deliberate on what it will take to make kids safe on Roblox, who is culpable in the crimes against children both on the gaming platform and on chat sites like Discord, and how you can keep your kids safe on-line.     "If she wanted to play, I probably would have done oral and that's about it." ―Joseph Ross At the time of the sting, Joseph Ross resided in Marquette City, Michigan. Ross was communicating with a fifteen-year-old decoy run by the Marquette County Sheriff's Office. During his chat with the decoy, he requested that she wear a thong, a halter bikini top, and pigtails and informed her that he was into fetish play. He requested a phone call with the decoy so that he could hear her voice. After the decoy told Ross over the phone that she wanted to have sex, Ross asked how many times she would "like to play." He then asked what she would charge and asked the decoy, "how much do you wanna be a little fuck slut?" During the phone call, Ross asked the decoy what her age was. He said it was "A-Okay" that she was young. Ross arrived at the sting house and immediately asked if it was setup upon entering. Once again assured that it was not, Ross took out $150 to pay the decoy, much less than the agreed upon $500. The decoy left and Chris walked out to meet Ross. I've been a fan of Chris Hansen and TCAP for many, many years now. I am thrilled to find this podcast where we can revisit all the details of the TCAP investigations and once again listen to Chris Hansen tell all. These stories range from sad, infuriating, disgusting and just incredible. I found online that Dr. Wolin committed suicide in 2021 by hanging himself?! I've tried to find the autopsy report as confirmation, but lots of the links to it have been removed. if it's true, I feel for his family all the trauma he caused, leading up to the ultimate act of self destruction.

I can remember watching this show with my dad as a kid, I was actively being preyed upon online. While I never spoke up I was able to remove myself from A LOT of situations and help keep some friends out of trouble as well. Thank you Chris Hansen. As a mother now I cringe at how clueless and silly I was. I still watch reruns, plus current and now podcast and will watch with all of my children.

If you like to catch a predator, it's the same but more graffic.. the chats are read and not bleeped or edited out and of course Chris Hansen does a great job painting the picture and shaming the creeps so rightfully so!!
