I will discuss the old parenting styles versus the new styles. I will address how to redirect inappropriate behaviors for children between the age of 0 to the age of a legal adult. The goal is to help individuals that believe their kids are out of control. I will provide appropriate parenting skills for parents through education, support and community resources.

Today's topic is to educate, provide insight and resources to help individuals understand and normalize mental health symptoms such as childhood disorders, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, Bi-Polar, schizophrenia, PTSD just to name a few. We will explore the DSM 5. Share information regarding medications. I will discuss what is mental illness? I will discuss he signs and symptoms? I will attempt to end the taboo regarding therapy as I discuss why many are afraid to reach out and get help.
