Today is a historic day in America. For the first time in American history, a New York jury has just unanimously found Donald J Trump guilty on 34 felony counts.

This trial was called the Stormy Daniels hush money trial, but it was much more than that. It was an effort to defraud voters, by paying to conceal information that may have been a deciding factor in electing Trump as president.

Lying, paying hush money, and then covering it up, to win an election, was the real crime.

Our founders created a constitution for a centralized government, free from political party corruption.

They divided our government into three, separate but equal branches of government, and created checks and balances, based on the principals of separation of powers.

Those principals of separation of powers are in jeopardy today, as our two political parties continuously vie for absolute power.
