A career change in your late 20's is never an easy decision to make. Sacrificing nearly 10 years of a career to go out and start something new is hard. That is what I did when I hung it up as an athletic trainer to become a commissioned officer in the United States Army.

We started 2024 off like many Americas...striving to become more fit, healthier, and more productive. I jumped on the DEF Reset program put out by Jocko Willink and his empire of companies. In episode 28 I talked about my plan of attack and what I was going to do to be able to execute this plan at a high level.

After a month of unforeseen variables, I was able to accomplish the thing I set out to accomplish. I became better because of this program, and I hope you did too.
