This routine aims to end that pull, that cycle. While they can be a useful tool or fun entertainment, it so often goes too far. Using practices you can repeat on your own, imagery, mindfulness, and more, this routine helps guide you to a place where technology doesn't have the same hold on you, where its a short diversion rather than a compulsive immersion.
While hypnotherapy may sound intense its just the process of entering a deep, meditative state where your subconscious mind may be a bit more open to positive suggestion. You still remain aware and in control and will only be open to suggestions that align with your wants, needs and values.
