Phil Monk is a therapeutic cannabis practitioner" and founder of "We the Undersigned-have a human sovereign right to cannabis" (WTU)

Phil set up the WTU group in 2018 after getting angry at the misinformation surrounding cannabis, with the goal of and setting out to make a human rights case against the UK government to fight cannabis prohibition on behalf of all 5 million cannabis users in the UK.
