Have you voted yet? We're over halfway through the return period now and while numbers are generally looking up - they're still not looking super amazing - and your vote is a powerful tool - it can keep the pool from becoming too salty... and send a strong message to central government... and make sure you don't get food poisoning...

Regional Councils have a huge area to cover and a huge remit but are often treated like the poor cousins when it comes to an election that’s already treated like poor cousins by voters - which makes it a perfect system for not getting fact checked by voters and an easier path to victory by having a dedicated voter base - which is a possibility facing the Waikato Regional Council this election.
